Vortaex helps AI automation companies stop relearning the same lessons on every client project. Every finished project becomes approved lessons the next project can use.

2. What information we collect

• account email
• company name
• project names
• client names entered by the user
• project request text
• generated project documents
• outcomes and notes entered by the user
• reusable playbooks and approved lessons
• usage and billing status
• basic technical logs
• Stripe payment and billing metadata
• no full card numbers

3. How we use information

• to provide the app
• to generate project documents
• to save project history and approved lessons
• to help users reuse lessons from past projects
• to enforce usage limits and billing
• to debug, secure, and improve the service
• to contact users about their account or support

4. AI processing

Vortaex may send user-provided project information to AI model providers to generate documents and reusable playbooks. Users should not enter information they are not allowed to share.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Vortaex does not store full card numbers.

6. Sharing

Vortaex does not sell user data. Vortaex may share data with service providers needed to run the product, such as hosting, database, AI processing, email, and payments.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect protection.

8. Data retention

We keep data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, improve security, or maintain business records.

9. User choices

10. Children

Vortaex is built for AI automation companies, not for children. It is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
