Terms of Service

1. What Vortaex does

Vortaex helps AI automation companies stop relearning the same lessons on every client project. Every finished project becomes approved lessons the next project can use.

2. Who may use it

Users must be able to form a contract and must use Vortaex for lawful business purposes.

3. Accounts

Users are responsible for their account access and for the information they enter.

4. Unacceptable use

• No illegal use.
• No uploading content the user has no right to use.
• No trying to break, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the service.
• No using Vortaex to create harmful, deceptive, or unlawful material.

5. User content

Users keep ownership of their content. Users give Vortaex permission to process that content to provide the service, generate documents, maintain approved lessons, and improve the product.

6. AI outputs

AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them with clients. Vortaex is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, security, or compliance advice.

7. Payments

Paid billing may be enabled through Stripe. When enabled, prices and renewal terms will be shown before payment.

8. No guarantee of results

Vortaex offers no guarantee of revenue, client outcomes, delivery speed, compliance, or error-free output. It helps organize work and reuse lessons across projects.

9. Service availability

The service may change, pause, or be unavailable.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

11. Limitation of liability

Where allowed by law, Vortaex's liability is limited to the amount the user paid to Vortaex in the past 3 months.

12. Changes

These terms may change. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
